Our online portal makes life easy for both you and them –the contractor can submit their hours, expenses, personal details and review their contracts, and you can also use the portal for the same depending on how much involvement you wish to have in your recruitment payroll.

Do you offer a service for all of our contractors?
Every contractor is different, and our consultation process will ensure that we take account of all of their circumstances to offer a best advice service to each individual. We will keep you updated at every stage, and will ensure that within 24 hours of our initial conversation, you are aware of the contractor’s service choice.
How long have you been operating?

Do we need to worry about compliance?
When using Green Lantern, you will have complete confidence that our fully audited services comply with all relevant legislation. You do not need to be concerned with Managed Service Company legislation – in fact by working with Professional Passport, we can offer our recruitment company partners debt transfer insurance. In addition, where a contractor engages us as their accountant, our professional advisors will be on hand to review their IR35 status, meaning that their contract is fully reviewed to relieve any legislative concerns.
Do you offer incentives?
We are happy to discuss a management fee payable to an agency for collating time sheet information.
Who else do you deal with?

What’s your payroll cut off for our umbrella workers?
Our payroll cut off is 4.30pm on a Friday, or later in exceptional circumstances. Unlike other providers, we understand how much headache a late timesheet can be, and so we work and run payrolls for the entire time of your working week.
