I have previously been contracting using my own Company over quite a few years, and in the early days this was a feasible way to Contract, but the threat of IR35 made the running of my own Company no longer a worthwhile option, especially with the 5% Expenses rule, if falling under IR35 this reduced my flexibility at being able to work almost anywhere, because it became too expensive, hence limiting the work I could take.
