Once you are fully set up and actively being paid, our Customer Relations department is responsible for ensuring that your Green Lantern experience is a straightforward one, and dealing with any queries that may come up as you work with us.  They also ensure that you are assisted in a timely manner with your expense and payment queries, resolving any issues that come up and also providing helpful information which assists you with understanding how to get the best out of your time with us.  Our Customer Relations department always adhere to our Contractor Care Agreement.

So that you know what to expect of us, our Customer Relations team make the following promises to you when dealing with all of your enquiries:

  • To always provide you with a friendly, prompt and efficient service each and every time you contact us, whether by phone, letter or email
  • To Answer your enquiries within 24 hours of receiving them from you, and we will always respond clearly and without jargon
  • To always treat your information and any communication between you and us in the strictest confidence
  • To always make sure that everyone can access our services equally and that all questions will be treated fairly and equally
  • To always be honest and transparent with you, and always to tell you the truth
  • If we get something wrong, to put it right and always provide you with a full explanation as to what happened
