Today we celebrate our Operations Manager, Alisha Subherwal, being with us for five years.
Alisha joined Green Lantern as a Graduate in 2012 having completed her degree in Economics and Business. Immediately we recognised her talent and Alisha has progressed to part of our management team during her time with us.
Speaking of her contribution over the past five years, director Lyndsay Shimmin spoke on behalf of the board. Lyndsay said:
‘Watching Alisha grow and mature in her role within our business has been a pleasure. She has had a thorough exposure to all elements of our business, and as a trusted member of our team, she sets an excellent example to our more junior members of staff. As our contractors will know, Alisha has an excellent ability to make the complex seem simple in a way that is crucial in our industry. Alisha is a true team player, and her positive energy in the office is equally as important to us as her technical expertise. We look forward to watching her continued progression in future.’
