The company was originally formed in 2002 by four IT contractors, who have seen the days of the IT and freelance market rise, fall and rise again. With over 15 years in the contracting industry and after working with so many different Umbrella companies and never finding true satisfaction in any of them, we decided to turn to one of the big four accountancy firms to provide a solution especially tailored round a contractor or a freelancer to suit their individual needs. We’ve worked with that firm throughout numerous legislation changes and changes to the market and so have always been at the forefront of fully compliant and effective solutions.
